　　The first step in our quality control journey starts right at the source: the raw materials. We use high - grade polyester (PET) to manufacture our uniaxial geogrids. When the raw materials arrive at our factory, we conduct a thorough inspection. We check the physical properties like the tensile strength, melting point, and density of the PET resin. This ensures that the base material we're using has the right characteristics to produce a durable and reliable geogrid.

　　We also test for impurities. Even a small amount of impurities can weaken the final product. So, we use advanced analytical equipment to detect any foreign substances in the PET resin. Only when the raw materials pass all these tests do we move them to the production line.
